The 18th Club provides community, educational sessions, resources, and introductions. Private Mastermind adds a dedicated peer group, two monthly mastermind sessions, hot seats, quarterly planning, accountability, and one private founder strategy conversation per quarter. Private Reserve adds a maximum of 12 members, four quarterly roundtables, and a defined hosted golf experience in which each member receives one round annually with the founder.

Yes. The membership includes one private strategy conversation with the founder per quarter, subject to scheduling and the applicable terms. It does not provide unlimited or on-demand access.

The dedicated peer group is expected to have approximately 8–10 members. Actual group placement is subject to acceptance and availability.

The Private Reserve is limited to a maximum of 12 active members.

The founder hosts four golf outings per year, typically one per quarter. Each outing includes three Reserve members plus the founder. Every Reserve member receives one hosted golf round annually, with one associated hotel night and a hosted meal. It is one round per member per year—not four rounds per member.

No, unless expressly agreed in writing. Airfare, ground transportation, additional hotel nights, personal incidentals, and other unlisted costs are excluded.

Each membership includes one Annual Summit ticket with the stated seating entitlement: General Admission for The 18th Club, VIP for Private Mastermind, and front-row or the closest available reserved seating for Private Reserve. Other benefits are not implied.

Yes. Each tier has a monthly payment option with a 12-month commitment: $300/month for The 18th Club, $900/month for Private Mastermind, and $1,500/month for Private Reserve.

No. Membership is subject to application review, acceptance, availability, and applicable terms. Private Reserve is invitation-only and capped at 12 members.

Eligible current and former investors in designated Kerns Capital funds may qualify for complimentary Private Mastermind membership, subject to eligibility verification, acceptance, availability, and applicable program terms. This benefit is not automatic and does not include Private Reserve golf or hotel benefits. The applicable Annual Summit seating entitlement must be confirmed in the approved program terms.

No. Membership is a community and development experience. It does not guarantee investment opportunities, introductions, business referrals, investment performance, or financial outcomes.

Benefits depend on the membership tier and the applicable event terms. Only specifically stated benefits are included. Additional tickets, travel, accommodation, guest expenses, and personal incidentals are separate unless explicitly specified.

Membership commitments, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, event cancellations, and substitutions are governed by the applicable membership agreement. The approved policy will be displayed here once finalized.
